Pre-Orders

Here you can pre-purchase items which we are awaiting shipment, before they hit our shelves!

When purchasing Pre-Order products please keep in mind the following:

- Pre-Order items will not ship until the products are in-hand. 
- There will be no confirmed date of shipping in advance, only a rough estimate. Typically any Pre-Order items should be in-hands within three weeks of purchase date or product release date (whichever is latest), and then shipped to you as per our usual order fulfilment timelines.
- We ship all Pre-Orders to the address used upon payment unless informed otherwise. If you need to change your address at any point before Pre-Order items are shipped please email us at info@harpys.co.uk with your order number and updated details so we can correct your order before shipping. 

IMPORTANT!! If you make a purchase that includes a Pre-Order item we will ship your full order only once ALL of the items arrive in-hand. Therefore:
- If you wish to purchase In-Stock items as well as Pre-Order items and would like the In-Stock items shipped immediately, please purchase separately!
- If you wish to purchase multiple Pre-Order items of differing release dates and you would like to receive each item as it releases, please make separate orders!

Please do not order if you are not comfortable with the Pre-Order wait time. There will be an opportunity to purchase any items not presold when they arrive in-hand. We cannot guarantee which characters will be left in-hand after Pre-Order fulfilment or whether they will be restocked as many products may not have additional release waves.

If a character you are interested in is sold out, please contact us at @harpys_ on instagram or email at info@harpys.co.uk to let us know. If interest is sufficient we may be able to order additional boxes to accommodate.
